Inside we have a user manual which is in multiple languages including English, German, Spanish and Italian. Underneath is the Beelink SER 4 mini PC. We will take a closer look at it shortly.

All'interno della scatola c'è un alimentatore. Includeremo l'adattatore corretto per il tuo paese. Ci sono due cavi HDMI. Una è più corta dell'altra ed è utile per montare il mini PC dietro lo schermo.

Sono presenti una staffa di montaggio e alcune viti per mantenerla sicura, oltre a quelle per installare un'unità da 2,5″.

Panoramica di Beelink SER 4

The SER 4 measures 4.9 x 4.4 x 1.6 inches (12.6 x 11.3 x 4.2 cm) and weighs 455 grams.

Sulla parte anteriore sono presenti due porte USB 3 e una porta USB Type-C. Sono presenti un jack per cuffie da 3,5 mm e un pulsante di accensione.

Sul retro si trovano una porta Ethernet gigabit, altre due porte USB 3.0 e due HDMI per un supporto fino a tre monitor.

PCMark

PCMark è una serie di test più naturali che coprono le attività quotidiane, dalla navigazione web all'elaborazione delle immagini.

Il SER4 ha ottenuto un punteggio di 5224 che è davvero impressionante, è infatti il punteggio più alto nella categoria di prezzo di fascia media!

Cinebench

Cinebench testa la CPU per verificarne le prestazioni con test a singolo o multi-core.

Abbiamo eseguito il benchmark multi-core e abbiamo ottenuto un punteggio di 6653. Si tratta di un buon punteggio, con il mini computer Beelink SER 4 che batte alcuni dei mini PC di fascia alta!

3DMark

3DMark testa la CPU e la GPU per vedere come lavorano insieme nelle attività di elaborazione video.

We got a score of 1209 on the Beelink SER 4 which is a decent score. We don't normally do graphics tests on mid-range PCs but we are getting some great results which are promising for some light gaming.

CrystalDiskMark

CrystalDiskMark esegue una serie di test sullo storage per verificarne le prestazioni in diversi modelli di lettura/scrittura.

Abbiamo ottenuto una velocità massima di lettura di 2559 MB/s e una velocità massima di scrittura di 1835 MB/s, entrambe ottime per questa fascia di prezzo.

Parametri di riferimento per i giochi

Forza Horizon 5

Iniziamo i benchmark di gioco con Forza Horizon 5 che gira a 720P con impostazioni grafiche molto basse.

At the end of the benchmark we got an average of 69 frames per second. As mentioned we do not usually benchmark games on mid-range PC’s but the Beelink SER 4 actually performs very well.

Final Fantasy XIV

Diamo poi un'occhiata al benchmark di Final Fantasy XIV. Stiamo anche eseguendo il gioco a 720P ma con le impostazioni grafiche al massimo.

Abbiamo ottenuto un punteggio di 5113, che è una valutazione standard per il gioco. Anche in questo caso è davvero impressionante, si può giocare a 720P con la grafica al massimo sul mini PC domestico Beelink SER 4.

L'ombra di Tomb Raider

Stiamo eseguendo Shadow of the Tomb Raider a 720P con le impostazioni grafiche più basse.

Alla fine del benchmark abbiamo ottenuto una media di 55 fotogrammi al secondo, che è molto buona per questo gioco molto esigente.

Cyberpunk 2077

Il nostro benchmark finale è Cyberpunk 2077 che, come Tomb Raider, è molto esigente. Stiamo eseguendo il gioco a 720P con impostazioni grafiche basse.

Alla fine del benchmark abbiamo ottenuto una media di 30,66 fotogrammi al secondo. È un po’ troppo basso per giocare a questo gioco, poiché si notano cali di frame nelle scene più movimentate. Ma è comunque un punteggio molto buono per questa specifica.

Riassunto del benchmark

Overall we were very impressed with the Beelink SER 4 mini PC's benchmark results. Do keep in mind that this is a mid-range mini PC and some of the results were not far off beating those in the high-end category.

Compared to the two other mini PC’s in the mid-range category, the SER 4 has very good scores. It clearly beats the older SER 3 which at this time is the same price, so that's great value for money. Compared to the more expensive Minisforum HM50 model there's wins and losses in terms of performance but a clear winner in terms of pricing.

The Beelink SER 4 is an outstanding mid-range price mini PC that is not far off from out-performing some of the higher end mini PC’s. It has great scores in the system benchmarks meaning you won't have any issues with your daily tasks whether it be in the home or office. With its decent graphics processor you can even do some image editing and very light video editing. And of course you can very easily sneak in some gaming on lower graphics settings. All in all, this is a definite winner in the mid-range price mini PC category.
