Here is all the information you need about DROIX’s opening days and order dispatch dates for delivery before and after Christmas & New Year.
Christmas & New Year Office Opening Hours
The DROIX office will be closed on certain days during the Christmas and New Year period. On these closed days, customer service will be limited, but rest assured that we will respond to all messages as soon as possible.
Here are the details:
- – December 25th to 26th: CLOSED
- – December 27th: OPEN – Dispatching orders made before 12 PM
- – December 28th to 29th: CLOSED
- – December 30th to 31st: OPEN – Dispatching orders made before 12 PM
- – January 1st: CLOSED
- – January 2nd onwards: Normal Monday-to-Friday operating hours and dispatch times.
Order Delivery Before Christmas
While we cannot guarantee parcels will arrive before Christmas due to external courier factors, we recommend placing orders before the following dates to increase the likelihood of timely delivery:
- – UK: Order no later than December 23rd by 12 PM (UK time) and choose a guaranteed next-day delivery option.
- – Worldwide: Order no later than December 18th by 12 PM (UK time).
Order Dispatch After Christmas
Orders placed after 12 PM (UK time) on December 24th will be dispatched on December 27th. Please refer to the office opening times above to see when orders will be processed and dispatched.
