No, there aren't any official DroidBOX images for the X7 or X7 Ultimate that are based on Android 5. Assuming the warranty has expired, you might want to try 3rd party firmwares. http://freaktab.com/forum/tv-player-support/rk3188-devices would be a good place to start, though make sure the firmware author confirms your device is compatible, as you could end up losing WiFi and/or Ethernet or worse if you flash the wrong type of file.
