Dead android with exclamation mark !!

My Q7 driodbox is dead. When i try recovery then all it goes into is a screen with the dead android with an exclamation mark and no menu coming up at all. Have tried recovery but always no menu along with the dead droid. Nothing works.. any chance for me to retrieve this

Hi Kiran it sounds like a firmware reflash will be required here, you will need to use the 'contact us' at the bottom of the forums page with your order details and a description of the fault and await a reply.
