Having some Issues with Device

I have had my Retro Game 300 for a couple of days and after moving some games my sd card became corrupted and I lost everything. I bought a new sd card to flash a new firmware to the device but every time I flash the firmware, when I put the sd card back in the device and turn it on, I am met with a black screen. I have tried this on a few sd cards with the same result. Any ideas on how to proceed?

You may be installing the wrong firmware. There are two different models and you need to install the correct one.
