Q7 won't start. Red light is on but will not turn on

Got given the Q7 by my mum as a gift but haven't been able to get it going. She said she tried it and it worked so not sure what is wrong. Can anyone help.
Held power button and plugged it in.
Also held reset button and power button
And also just reset button. Tried everything I could think of.

Does the remote on/off button do anything?

No. Also tried connecting it to pc. Still nothing

Connecting what to the pc?
How old is the box?
Was it bought from droidbox?
If support cannot help you online it may be fixable under warranty.

Under 12 months, I think
Bought from Groupon

Sounds like the box is broken. Try contacting the supplier.
Check out the boxes thst droidbox sells on their main page. You will get a proper warranty plus excellent support. And droidbox users on this forum can often help out.
You may still be lucky and one of the droidbox users here may know a fix.
