has anyone discovered how to select the render method on kodi? currently its greyed out, reason l ask is l have three files l want to play but they only play sound and no video, lm pretty sure if l could change the auto select under render method to software these files would play fine.
reason for this assumption is l tried the free version of MX Player, while l did experience the same issue, l was able to select software rendering and the videos l was having problems with worked fine, which leads me to wondering why kodi's options are greyed out. mainly because ld rather run everything through kodi it generally works better than other players with my library of files on an external.
