This is likely due to you using an external or second Micro SD Card. The file browser is checking for files on the internal or first Micro SD Card.<\/p>\n<p>You can update each emulator to start in a different folder, you can follow our guide <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/droix.net\/how-to-change-emulators-default-folder-in-gmenu2x\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a><\/strong> to do so. It does take a little time in setting up, but in the long run it is much faster to do than navigating to a folder every time you want to play a game.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not wish to update each emulator, you can navigate to the correct folder each time by following the below guide.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>GKD350H and RG350<\/h1>\n<p>In this example we are using the NES emulator <strong>Fceux<\/strong>. When clicking on the icon, it will show an empty folder as below. Depending on the front end, there will be a shortcut to go back one folder or you can select the two dots to go back.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/droix.net\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/Navigate-to-External-Card-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2514\" src=\"https:\/\/droix.net\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/Navigate-to-External-Card-1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Keep going back until you see similar to the below screen. Choose <strong>sdcard<\/strong> and you will now be browsing the Micro SD Card.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/droix.net\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/Navigate-to-External-Card-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2515\" src=\"https:\/\/droix.net\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/Navigate-to-External-Card-2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Choose the folder containing the games you want to play. In this example we want the <strong>FC<\/strong> (Famicom\/NES) folder.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/droix.net\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/Navigate-to-External-Card-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2516\" src=\"https:\/\/droix.net\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/Navigate-to-External-Card-3-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You will now see a list of the games compatible for the emulator you have chosen. When clicking on the icon, it will show an empty folder as below. Depending on the front end, there will be a shortcut to go back one folder (X button) or you can select the two dots to go back.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/droix.net\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/Navigate-to-External-Card-RG300-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2519\" src=\"https:\/\/droix.net\/knowledge-base\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/11\/Navigate-to-External-Card-RG300-1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Keep going back until you can not go back further and you will see a similar to the below screen. The <strong>MMCBLKOP3<\/strong> folder is the internal storage, and the <strong>MMCBLK1P1<\/strong> folder is the external storage.
