- To access Task Manager, right click<\/strong> on the Windows Start<\/strong> icon and choose Task Manager from the list. Alternatively you can type Task Manager in the Windows Search Bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- You can find your CPU model in Windows quickly through Settings (About your PC)<\/strong>, or the System Information app (msinfo32)<\/strong>, all showing the processor’s name and spec.
Using Settings (Easiest for Windows 10\/11)
Click the Start Menu (Windows icon) and type about<\/strong>.
Select About your PC<\/strong> from the results.

Due to the software updating the BIOS, your Anti-vrius may falsly identify files as being a virus. Please disable any anti-virus software as this may cause files to be quarantineed and potentially cause a failed BIOS or EC firmware update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This firmware is for the ONEXPLAYER F1 Pro 8840U model. You can download the V1.05b-V0.25 BIOS and EC firmware here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Extract the files to your PC, it should look similar to this<\/p>\n\n\n

Press the Power button for a couple of seconds to switch it back on. It will now boot back in to Windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once booted you will now need to perform 1-3 cycles of charging and discharging. Charge the device fully while it’s turned off, then turn it on, unplug the charger, and play a video or game to fully discharge the battery. Repeat for a second and third cycle. This is to ensure the battery is properly calibrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once the power cycle is completed you can continue to use your device. Don’t forget to re-enabled your anti-virus software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ONEXPLAYER ONEXFLY F1 PRO HX 365 & HX 370 Models<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This firmware is for the ONEXPLAYER F1 Pro HX 365 and HX 370 models. You can download the v0.25 update from here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Extract the files to your PC and copy all the contents to a freshly formatted FAT32 USB drive.<\/p>\n\n\n
