GPD Duo Games Performance Video
Elden Ring
We set the resolution to 1200P with the default Medium graphics settings, no motion blur enabled and V-Sync enabled to 60. There were some minor dips below 60 but nothing that spoiled the gameplay. You could go to 800P for a solid 60+ FPS and higher graphics if you wanted.
Tekken 8
With the resolution set to 1200P and the default Medium graphics settings, you can enabled AMD FSR 2 to Balanced and enjoy 60+ FPS during gameplay.
Palworld
We went with 1200P resolution limited to 30 FPS on the default Medium graphics settings. You could lower the graphics or resolution and have 60 FPS, but it’s not a high paced game and is fine at 30 FPS.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy
Compared to other games, this one is quite demanding and didn’t run as well as we expected on the GPD Duo, not much optimising by the looks of it. We set the resolution to 1080P with a 30 FPS limit and used the default High graphics settings.
Dead Cells
This is a very lower demanding game, you can play at the highest resolution 2880×1800 and lower the TDP to save battery life.
No Man’s Sky
We set the resolution to 1200P with the standard graphics settings and FSR 2 Balanced settings. There were some dips below 60 FPS but nothing game breaking. You could lower the resolution on this dual screen laptop and increase the graphics.
TMNT Shredders Revenge
This game will run at 2880×1800 resolution with no issues. You can lower the TDP for more battery life.
Cyberpunk 2077
For Cyberpunk 2077 we went with 1080P resolution on default High graphics. We used FSR 2.1 Balanced settings with V-Sync set to 30. You could lower the resolution and get 60 FPS but this game looks far nicer at 1080P.
Double Dragon Gaiden
Another game that will run great at 2880×1800 resolution on this dual display laptop. You can lower the TDP to save battery life.
Forza Horizon 5
For this we went with 1080P on the default High Graphics settings with no FSR enabled. You could go higher resolution with FSR enabled if you wanted to.
Star Trucker
This space trading game runs very well at 2880×1800 resolution on the default High graphics quality.
Sifu
You can run this at 2880×1800 resolution on the Ultra graphics settings with no issues. You may also be able to lower the TDP a bit to improve battery life.
Little Kitty Big City
This cat exploration game runs great at 2880×1800 resolution. You can set it to the Very High graphics quality level with no issues on this laptop.
Mad Streets
This is a fairly low demanding but fun up to 4 player brawler that runs fine at 2880×1800 resolution. We want to get four controllers connected and have an office battle. There are no graphics settings to to tweak, it simply works.
Spider Man
We went with 1080P resolution on the default High graphics settings. Using AMD FSR 2.0 set to a 60 FPS target keeps this game running smooth with very minor drops below 60 FPS.
We love Katamari REROLL
We run this at 1200P resolution with the default graphics settings. You should be able to lower the TDP a little to save some battery life.
Legend of Mana
This RPG will run at 2880×1800 resolution with no issues. You can lower the TDP to save battery life.
