  • On Backorder: If a product is listed as “On Backorder,” it indicates that the item has been officially launched, but we are currently out of stock. Rest assured, we will ship your order as soon as we receive new stock from the manufacturers. The restocking date is usually provided on the product page, giving you an estimate of when you can expect your order to be shipped.
  • Pre-Order: When you see a product marked as “Pre-Order,” it means the item has not been officially launched yet. By placing a pre-order, you reserve the product and ensure that you’ll be among the first to receive it once it’s launched and we have stock in our warehouses. We will ship pre-ordered items to customers as soon as the product becomes available.

We are pleased to inform you that DroiX Global ships orders from our warehouses in the UK, Europe, and the USA. The warehouse from which your order will be dispatched depends on the availability of the item at the time of purchase (Due to limitations, we cannot guarantee a specific warehouse, and information on the product page should be taken as guidance), as our stock levels change on a day-to-day basis. Rest assured, we always strive to ship your order from the most convenient location to ensure prompt delivery. We do not offer the option to choose which warehouse an order would be shipped from due to the aforementioned.

Customers from United Kingdom and United States will not incur any import taxes.

For Non-UK and Non-USA customers, some items will be shipped with Taxes Paid. This will be mentioned on each product page, and the statement should not be taken as a general rule. Always refer to the product page.
