Do you ship to X?
During checkout, you can choose between the list of countries we offer. We are constantly improving our logistics and expanding the countries we ship to.
Where is my order?
First, check your email (Spam too – just in case) and make sure you received an order confirmation.
If your order failed, you will see a charge on your account, which will be reverted automatically in 3-5 working days – learn more here
If your order contained one item on pre-order/back-order then your whole order will be shipped once the said item becomes available.
You can also track your order, for which you will need your order ID (Found on the thank you page and the email confirmation)
Why is this more expensive than...?
We are a UK (London) based small business, and we have higher operational costs compared to other retailers (Either bigger or based in other countries)
