As the Easter Bank Holiday weekend approaches, we wanted to take a moment to wish all of our customers a very Happy Easter if you are celebrating.
To allow our team to enjoy the extended weekend with their friends and families, DROIX will be adjusting its operating hours. Please see below for full details on our closures, shipping deadlines, and customer service availability.
Easter Opening Hours
The main DROIX office will be closed for the extended Bank Holiday weekend.
- Friday, April 3rd: CLOSED
- Saturday, April 4th: CLOSED
- Sunday, April 5th: CLOSED
- Monday, April 6th: CLOSED
- Tuesday, April 7th: OPEN (Normal hours resume)
Shipping Information & Deadlines
If you are hoping to get some new gear delivered before the weekend, please make sure to order before our cut-off time.
Any orders placed after 2:00 PM (BST) on Thursday, April 2nd, will be processed and dispatched when we return on Tuesday, April 7th.
If you need something urgently, please plan ahead to avoid disappointment!
Customer Service Availability
While our shipping department is closed, our Customer Service team will remain available throughout the holiday period to assist with urgent queries.
However, please note that between Friday, April 3rd, and Tuesday, April 7th, we will be operating with reduced capacity. Response times may be slightly longer than usual, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
