Useless

Actually useless, it doesn't stick on the edges at all and I did try it both ways around in case I was stupid. My first assumption was correct - "back" towards the display, "front" towards the user. The "back" side was the stickier side, when I tried it the other way around ("front" to the display) it didn't work at all, it was repelling itself from the display and it was full of bubbles when I pressed it on. Anyway, it doesn't fit. Probably due to the slight curvature of the display at the edge.

We deeply regret to hear about the difficulties you experienced with our GPD Win 4 Screen Protector, and understand the frustration of the product not meeting your expectations. Your feedback is crucial to us as it helps us identify areas where we can enhance our services.

We can confirm that screen protector is specifically designed for the GPD Win 4 and, when applied properly, should fit well and ensure maximum protection for your device. The challenges you faced with the application could be due to the removal of the adhesive layer from certain parts during the process, which can result in bubbles appearing.

We have sent you an email with a short video demonstrating the correct application method, which will confirm the compatibility of the protector and assist in navigating the proper application to eliminate any issues along the edges.

We value your patronage and appreciate your understanding in this matter. We remain committed to making this right and enhancing your experience with us. If you should have any other concerns or inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
