ANBERNIC RG351MP Case

When I ordered the RG351P I knew the screen wasn’t as good as my RG350M but was still expecting another good handheld.
When I received it I was really disappointed with it, I like the os but was shocked at how bad the screen resolution is.
After looking into the settings & some really good guides from Retro Corps I was getting it something better than out of the box but it does need a lot of tinkering with , I’m getting better with it & don’t feel as disappointed as I did originally.
Droix have been as great as ever with really fast delivery & the free wi fi dongle & screen protector, if your prepared to tinker go for it but I still prefer the RG350M its a better choice & the Dreamcast & N64 is still nothing to shout about on the RG351P with only a few games on each that are somewhat playable.

It’s the best console if people just want a out of the box pick up and play experience.
If you want to fiddle with it then It’s very easy to add or remove games or even add other systems like Atari 2600 ,Spectrum etc
Performance 100% up to PS1 higher than that it is hit and miss.
Can go into retroarch and change screen size for the different emulators use TATE mode for shooters etc.
Very pleased with this device.

As I am new to the retro gaming scene I was unsure where to begin as there are so many handheld consoles on the market, without a shadow of a doubt I made the right purchase with the RG351P from the sturdy build to the smooth interface this is definitely a top bit of kit for the money. Service was top notch and will be sure to use Droix in the very near future I am sure.

I've got the rg351p and I love it!
However, the OS that comes with it is a bit buggy.
I've tried:
Emulec: original OS, very difficult and not so intuitive.
351 elec: it's a bit better than the above but is not there yet.
Batocera .29: it is far better and comprehensive. However, there's an issue with the FW reading the battery status as it shows low battery when the battery is actually full. Also, the LED shows red and green.
ArkOS: it's my favourite so far! Nothing much to tweakle, apart from the display brightness. It's easy, just flash the OS, insert the memory card with your ROMS, and it's ready to play! Enjoy!

Perfect, fast on arrival and very good console quality

I order the RG351P, to upgrade from my original RG350, and what a difference! From the performance, to the screen to the software. A great device and a great customer service :)

ANBERNIC RG351M/RG351P/RG351MP Case

This was my first retro handheld & I absolutely love it. After getting another 2 SD cards and flashing one with 351ELEC & the other with ArkOS. I’m now using the ArkOS one, full support of Retroarch!

The RG351P is fantastic, small and great to use. It’s support a lot of retro systems from NES, SNES, Mega Drive, MAME, PS1, Sega CD, GBA & many more

Excellent handheld, my only issue is the lack of built in wifi. I didn't think it would be much of a problem since it comes with a usb wifi adapter, but if it disconnects when you are playing a game, it can crash the console. If you are interested in using Retro Achievements then i suggest you only purchase this console if you are able to install a wifi chip yourself. I got sick of losing progress in a game when I accidently bumped the usb adapter loose so i soldered in my own wifi chip and its worked perfectly ever since.
