Set up, range and charging easy and as expected.
However build standard is disapointingly flimsy. The plastic case lacks ridgity an as a result the device is prone to flexing as you grip it. This leads to erroneous inputs ( button pushes) which is really

Excellent piece of equipment with a good range of software. Relatively easy to set up if you visit Droidbox's videos, forum, and Youtube for advice, and seems like you are joining a friendly community. Not needed their customer service yet.

First class as always,this is my third box i have purchased and would not buy from anywhere else.Had a tiny problem once and was sorted in minutes.Do not hesitate whiether to buy or not you can't go wrong.
