MinisForum returns with the latest in their lineup of Intel NUC PC’s – the MinisForum H31G, the successor to the popular MinisForum H31.
Much like its predecessor, the H31G is perhaps the closest you’ll get to a “desktop PC experience” while still retaining the sleek and space-concious form factor that you’ve come to expect form PC’s in this market. Thanks to supporting an Intel LGA1151 9th Generation desktop processor in tandem with dual-channel SO-DIMM DDR4 RAM, the H31G is capable of easily replacing most old tower PC’s with minimal effort.
The H31G is also special in that it features a dedicated graphics card. The NVIDIA GTX1050Ti making this mini PC a highly flexible alternative to a traditional gaming PC or laptop.
For storage, the H31G is massively expandable. On top of the built-in blazingly fast M.2 NVMe SSD, the unit can be further expanded further with an M.2 22x42mm SATA SSD,a 2.5- inch SSD/HDD, and even a microSD card. Allowing this mini AMD computer to act as not only an office PC, or a gaming PC, but also to act as an amazing, multi-purpose media centre PC or mini NAS.
Size-wise, the H31G is identical to its predecessor, at 154 x 153 x 64mm, and weighing slightly over 1kg (at approx 1.17kg), this mini NUC PC is only about 1/25th the size of your conventional desktop computer while sacrificing none of the performance.
For connectivity options, the H31G, like its predecessor boasts four USB 3.0 ports ensuring that you’ll have the space you need to connect all your peripherals. Should you require less cable-centric connectivity, with support for WiFi6 and Bluetooth 5.1 out of the box, the H31G will have you covered.
There are also four 3.5mm audio connectors (a front-facing general-purpose jack, plus Line IN, Mic IN, and HP Out).
