It’s pretty coo...

It’s pretty cool. I enjoy using it but could use some tweaking Plug and play almost all the classics. The only beef I have with it is getting out of attract Mode. Every time I start up retropie I have to exit attract mode and type emulatiestation in ord

NesPi 4 DIY Case.

While the items came very quickly and the NesPI case and RPi 4 worked perfectly well, unfortunately the wrong HDMI cable was supplied and the SD card didn't work when all was set up.
However, the customer service which has been in contact with me has been exemplary, and I have no doubts that any issues I have will be addressed accordingly.

Great little co...

Great little console and games - did have some trouble getting some of the emulators / games to work correctly, however the support team have answered my questions in a quick and helpful manner.

First of all I’...

First of all I’d like to say excellent communication and really fast delivery so it would be 5 stars for that alone.
The 16 bit games I wanted to play work perfectly for SNES, megadrive and turbografx. Neo geo and n64 in particular are less than perfect

Lots of fun but confusing

If you know what you are doing this is plug and play but as I didn't and I'm not very tech savvy the lack of instructions was a problem. After researching on the internet things such as which buttons to press to exit or save a game I have started to enjoy a wonderful trip down memory lane. I am keeping to the basics for now but maybe one day I will sort out connecting it to WiFi how to add a Bluetooth controller, keyboard or mouse, how to add more games or get Kodi up and running and use it to access files on a hard drive. It appears all these things are possible but the operating system isn't user friendly enough for me to make these changes with confidence I am not going to do something wrong and it won't work anymore. So for now I am making do with the basic set up for now, and that basic set up is very very good. One thing in the ordering process that annoyed me was the receipt said one controller not two so I emailed customer services to check and they said my order included 2 wireless controllers but in fact they were wired. That and the lack of instructions has made me give 4 stars not 5

Hi sorry about the late reply ive not been feeling to well lately not sure if im on the verge of being a diabetic hope not but ive not played on the machine lots at the minute for that reason and because my flat is all over the place and im trying to sort it out but ive tried a few n64 games like goldeneye/turok and mario cart there glitchy though and cant play them or is it something i need to do in settings on my tv personally i havent got a clue ive also tried chase hq 1 and 2 i think it was the 2nd 1 that only had half a screen with konami either side and the control pad would not respond but again is that something im not doing correct i have no idea im dumb to these things but i have to say really glad i bought this sweet little machine well chuffed

Overall an exce...

Overall an excellent product. Product is sturdy and feels good quality when put together. Easy to follow instructions. Some issues with shielding stop the wireless controllers from functioning as well as they could. Options were offered from the supplier when asked. Good fun to tinker with settings and get the perfect retro setup to suit individual tastes.
