For Repair
When you return something to us for it to be repaired, we usually only need the device in question (For example: a Mini PC, or the Retro Gaming Handheld) not the accessories that come with it when you received it from us. (For example: a lanyard, user manual, or USB Cable).
If we believe that the issue with the device may be related to an accessory (Say: the power supply, or the HDMI Cable) we will make it clear in our replies to you that we would like you to include that as well.

When you return your order to us for a full refund, we require all the original box, packaging & accessories that were originally shipped with your order.
